Michael Meyers is the name of Kevin Hart’s 940hp 1969 Plymouth Road Runner build

Kevin Hart, the comedian, is a huge enthusiast of modified muscle vehicles and has commissioned several intricate restomods.

A 1969 Plymouth Road Runner with a menacing theme is the newest addition to his collection.

The Road Runner, dubbed “Michael Meyers,” is the creation of Wisconsin-based Salvaggio Design.

It has a 940-hp supercharged Hemi V-8, carbon-fiber parts, and a black-and-orange colour scheme for Halloween.

According to Dave Salvaggio of Salvaggio Design, the 426-cubic-inch Hemi is a “hybrid Demon/Hellephant motor,” referring to Mopar’s Hellephant crate motor and the engine from the limited-edition Dodge Challenger SRT Demon.

The Hemi is built to run on 91-octane gasoline.

Hart specified a Tremec 6060 6-speed manual transmission to drive a Ford 9-inch rear axle.

The engine is housed in a completely redesigned body shell and chassis, which has been modified to accommodate a new front suspension and roll cage.

Along with a carbon fibre hood and bumpers, a new firewall, wheel tubs, trunk (with integrated fuel cell), and other components were constructed.

According to Salvaggio Design, the doors, roof, fenders, and rear quarter panels are all stock.

Brembo brakes, with 6-piston callipers and 14-inch rotors up front and 4-piston callipers and 13-inch rotors in the back, were also added by Salvaggio.

The 18-inch front and 20-inch rear HRE aluminium wheels with billet hub caps were designed to look like the steel wheels on a factory Road Runner.

Recaro front seats, black leather upholstery with an orange splatter pattern, a billet steering wheel and shifter, and a digital instrument cluster in its own billet casing are all included in the interior.

Reymar Footwear was also commissioned by Salvaggio Design to create a pair of unique Nike Air Max 90 sneakers to complement the car.

The lethal Mopar muscle vehicle “Michael Meyers” won’t be the only one in Hart’s garage.

He also has a 1970 Dodge Charger with a 1,000 horsepower Hellephant crate engine.
