Witness an Abandoned Museum Housing an Array of Classic, Muscle, and European Luxury Cars, All Set to Head to Auction

When it comes to the world of automotive social media, sometimes from ear-piercing exhaust notes to over-the-top presenters that crowd the video with so much dialogue there is no room for the car, it’s a refreshing change of pace coming across a silent channel that focuses solely on the classic cars.

Something the Classic Car Rescue YouTube channel has perfectly captured.

Because although they do post videos with music and dialogue, when it comes to exploring abandoned fields or collectibles heading to auction, the viewers are able to maintain a peaceful, museum-like state of mind where their minds can freely wander as they take in the automotive artistry at work.

Abandoned Museum Full Of Classic Cars And More

With little context given, viewers must do their own digging when only left with a simple video description that reads “Exploring A Closed and Abandoned Auto Museum Full Of Classic Cars | Contents Going Up For Auction.”

However, given the dozens of classic American muscle car icons within the first 45 seconds, it’s quite easy to tell this was in fact a museum dedicated to the greatest automotive examples ranging as early as the 1900s, to the late 1980s.

While the collection inside the warehouse is heavily influenced by domestic brands — once the cameraman steps outside we begin to see a rather diverse collection that includes a Jaguar, Volkswagen, MG, and even a Lamborghini. Further adding proof that this collection of automobiles was once a dedicated classic car museum.

Yet it isn’t hard to determine the taste of the curator of this particular museum — as even the European car models are icons that got influenced by American design in one way or another.

In addition to the lack of context about this huge classic car collection, trying to decipher the location of this abandoned warehouse would prove to be difficult for even the best internet sleuths. This is due in large part to just about every car featuring different license plates from all across the country.

While the video premiered only a few hours ago at the time of writing this article — a few commenters quickly inquired as to when and where the auction will be. Unfortunately for them, like the style present in this particular video, the host of Classic Car Rescue is keeping silent
