1. Florida Penthouse

Tom Cruise owns a two-storey penthouse worth $9.6 million (approximately Rs 79 crore) in Clearwater, Florida, according to Realtor.com. Built by Scientologist Moises Agami, the penthouse offers a stunning view and comes with a private outdoor pool, a movie theatre, a well-equipped gym, a hot tub, a rooftop deck, and nine car-parking spaces. Given Cruise’s popularity, the actor has installed a high-tech security system at the property, according to multiple online reports.

In 2006, Cruise shelled out $4.2 million (approximately Rs 34 crore) to purchase an estate in Dorman’s Park in the English countryside in West Sussex, according to Loveproperty.com. Spread across 14 acres of land, the luxurious property is located close to the British headquarters of the Church of Scientology, Saint Hill Manor. The massive architectural marvel which is divided into two parts: the main house and a guest pavilion, has a total of eight bedrooms and five bathrooms. Other amenities at the property include a movie theatre, games room, swimming pool, tennis court and a well-manicured garden.

3. Colorado Mountain Ranch

Located away from the hustle and bustle of the city, the Colorado ranch owned by the Mission Impossible actor served as a perfect getaway for the 61-year-old actor. The property which is surrounded by lofty mountains, was sold off by the actor in 2021 for $39.5 million (approximately Rs 325 crore), according to Realtor.com.

The four-bedroom ranch house, bought by Cruise in the early 90s, had wooden pillars, floor-to-ceiling fireplaces, and vaulted ceilings among other features. The actor had also installed a fitness center, underfloor heating system, and security system to spend time with his family away from the limelight.

4. Hollywood Hills

Purchased in 2005 for $11.7 million (approximately Rs 96 crore) by Tom Cruise, the French-style mansion located in Hollywood Hills, California, is currently owned by Eva Longoria. According to Realtor.com, the 61-year-old actor sold the villa to the Desperate Housewives star for $11.4 million (approximately Rs 93 crore). Inspired by Italian countryside estates, the Hollywood Hills underwent a massive transformation under Cruise’s ownership. The villa offers a picturesque 180-degree view of Los Angeles and also includes an outdoor lagoon-style pool.

5. Beverly Hills

In 2007, the Top Gun star shelled out $32.5 million (approximately Rs 267 crore) to purchase a 1937-built mansion in Beverly Hills, California. The seven-bedroom and nine-bathroom mansion was Cruise’s primary address until he decided to part ways with it in 2015. The Hollywood actor stayed in the well-gated property with his now ex-wife Katie Holmes and daughter Suri. In addition to the 10,286 square feet of living space, the mansion also had a massive swimming pool in the backyard. According to Loveproperty.com, Cruise sold the property for $40 million (approximately Rs 329 crore) in 2016.
